Hello Chroniclers,
A great update to share as we finish up the year! And finish up this campaign! Back when Onyx Path launched this title, I don't think anyone suspected how ominous and difficult the title and subject matter would become. But, here we are, still dealing with the cascading effects of a global pandemic and doing our best to get things on track to live our lives in this new reality. Of course, the title of our final reward, Global Outbreaks, is a bit more heartbreaking than it was during the campaign, but I'm still excited to get distribution of this reward underway for all Kickstarter backers!
The Contagion Chronicle: Global Outbreaks
This is the way the world ends.
The Contagion still rages. Throughout the world, strains manifest and wreak havoc, requiring the Sworn and the False to intervene. Can they contain the chaos, or will their actions exacerbate the problem?
The Contagion Chronicle: Global Outbreaks includes:
Seven new outbreaks, set around the world.
Brief overviews of the infected characters, rumors, and interesting places to explore.
A look at the In Between — those characters who have one foot in the human world and one in the supernatural.
REWARD DISTRIBUTION
Your link to claim your Contagion Chronicle: Global Outbreaks Advance PDF will be sent out by our BackerKit pledge manager over the next day. Since we are using our partners at DriveThruRPG as the host for this, you will need to set up a DriveThru account if you don't have one already. Again, you will receive an e-mail from BackerKit with alink for this reward over the next 24hours if it is on your expected list of rewards.
This is the first version of Contagion Chronicle: Global Outbreaks to be released. The design and development teams have done their best to proofread and correct any errors and typos - but some always sneak through. If you catch any typos, incorrect math, visual glitches, and the like, we want to hear about them and correct them before we send the book off to print.
With that in mind, I'd like to introduce the Contagion Chronicle: Global OutbreaksFeedback Form!

Generally, Onyx Path tries to keep errata collection open for the next 2 weeks, so please report what you can as soon as possible to make sure they're getting everything covered.
They won't be collecting errata from other spots, just this specific form. Please note this form will be for errata only. It won't be for general book discussion - you can do that in a different thread, or on the Kickstarter comments page.
Also, they already know about any Page XX notations - those are usually corrected after any changes are made and the books are being finalized.
After any needed corrections are made (based on your feedback!) and the page numbers are finalized, Onyx Path will prepare updated final versions of the book and you will receive a notice from DrivethruRPG that you can re-download your file with the latest versions.
You've already made the book a reality with your Kickstarter support. Now you can make it even better by helping us crowdsource any minor errors and corrections.
SO: Look for your reward email over the next 24 hours, or check your BackerKit page to see your digital reward redemption links. Review the advance PDF and submit any feedback you have, and let's make this book as awesome as possible!
Global Outbreaks PDF (Update #86, posted 12/15/22)
FINAL REWARD LINK DISTIRBUTED
That's our final reward link out to backers, and likely my final update for this project. Depending on your communication preferences with DriveThru, you will get an e-mail once Global Outbreaks has been finalized and new versions are available to download from DriveThruRPG. Again, that won't be a new reward or new link sent out via BackerKit - once it's finalized, the file will just be updated on the DriveThru platforms and you'll be able to download the latest version at your convenience.
With all reward links distributed, I will be leaving the BackerKit pledge manager active for another 4 months - until April 15, 2023 in fact. You'll be able to access your digital reward redemption codes from your BackerKit page up until that date. Once you redeem your digital rewards, they will continue to be available in your DriveThru library, so this should only concern those who haven't yet clicked their links for any rewards to be received.
At this point, any Backerkit pages with incomplete surveys or unpaid pledges have be closed and considered completely fulfilled. Unlikely that applies to anyone reading this, but if this is the first time you've paid attention to an update and have never visited your BackerKit page, you may want to double check to get your download codes.

We're in the final days of November, so it's time for our bi-monthly update. No big news, but incremental progress.
STRETCH GOAL REWARD STILL PENDING
Every new dot is a step closer to fulfillment of our final reward, and we've moved another step since our last update, with the Global Outbreaks supplement now in post-editing development. This is where the developer does one more big go-over to make sure the voice is consistent throughout the project and it's pretty much ready to be art directed and prepped for layout.

Hello Chroniclers,
Welcome to Autumn! As we sneak up to the end of September, it's time for our bi-monthly update. I don't really have any major news to share, but wanted to ensure that we keep communicating so you know that this project is still alive and slowly, slowly moving along the progress track.
Is it ironic that a project called the Contagion Chronicle had it's schedule impacted so much by the worldwide pandemic? Ugh. Anyway, I know the Onyx Path team have spent much of the past year rebuilding processes and getting things back on track. I'm hoping we can see some of the fruits from those labors soon.
Until then, let's review

2022 is Onyx Path’s tenth anniversary, so they’re celebrating a different game line every month this year! They're having an amazing monthly sale, pricing products at 10% of their normal retail price (that's 90% off!)
This sale lasts until July 23, after which they may shift to other CofD deals as the month continues! It's worth checking in to the Onyx Path website on July 24 to see what's next!

No big changes this month, our final Stretch Goal project is still in editing.
